LogoutGetRequest

The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/auth/logout	Logs an authenticated user out.

**LogoutGetResponse** Parameters:

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
